Shipping:

We normally dispatch any parts ordered within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed. Any parts ordered will be delivered to you on the address been provided. We will also send you a confirmation email to confirm where exactly is your parcel. In event of missing parcel or damaged please kindly inform us within 24 hrs of receipt of the item. We will require photo evidence to confirm damaged item so that your claim is processed. If you live overseas and would like to know timescale of delivery then please feel free to contact us. 

Our parts are packed securely with all necessary instructions. If an item is a glass it is not covered by couriers however we always securely pack the item and marked as FRAGILE.

Payment:

We accept payments via Stripe who will be responsible for processing your credit card or debit card. We do not hold any of your financial details or process any. If you want to return your item we will inform Stripe payment processing company to refund you.
